clean room complimentary minibar helpful staff cold room unsupportive pillows missing slippers
The comfort room was quite clean upon my arrival. the minibar was complimentary, which i found a very nice touch. the reception staff was helpful. They assisted me with directions. tram 19 stopped just outside, a real convenience for getting around.
The air conditioning was set to a maximum, yet the room remained cold throughout my stay. the pillows provided caused me some neck discomfort. They were not supportive. i found no slippers in the room, an amenity i expected.

missing hospitality spare coffee pods
i had three big suitcases and carried my son. no one offered to help me bring my bags upstairs while i struggled to get them to the elevator. i was surprised, because usually a 4 star hotel has better hospitality. and then the coffee machine did not work and the housekeeping replaced it but would not give more coffee pods. the front desk said they have a new housekeeping company, so i guess they should reconsider this company if they deny guests in expensive rooms spare coffee pods!!!

a magical escape
peaceful location contemporary style spacious room comfortable bed
the location worked wonderfully. it was peaceful, yet close to the city center. i appreciated the hotel's contemporary style, also the room felt quite spacious. the bed was comfortable, there were two pillows per person, allowing me a restful sleep each night.
the only minor thing i noticed was that the selection of english-language tv channels was a bit limited.

tram line city center room price
the hotel is close to a tram line. it takes you to the city center in just fifteen minutes. the room was large, and i found it very clean (i noticed that the products from the minibar are included in the room price).
i forgot my jacket in the room. the staff confirmed they found it, but later said it was not there. this caused me stress.

The hotel provided great access to public transport. A tram stop was only a short walk. i appreciated a ride to the city center, it took about ten minutes. the staff assisted with parking. the minibar was complimentary.
the air conditioning was not working properly, it made the room too warm.
